Conflict Minerals Policy
Chen Feng Optoelectronics is committed to fulfilling social responsibility and respecting human rights. We ensure that the minerals used in our products, such as gold, tantalum, tungsten, tin, cobalt, and mica, do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups that violate human rights in the Democratic Republic of Congo and its neighboring countries. At the same time, we require our suppliers to comply with the following conflict minerals procurement policy:
Do not support or use "conflict minerals" mined from armed conflicts, illegal mining, and poor working conditions
Investigate whether products contain minerals such as gold, tantalum, tungsten, tin, cobalt, and mica, and confirm the sources of these minerals
Fulfill corporate social responsibility, require the supply chain to conduct commercially reasonable investigations to ensure that the minerals used in the products provided are not "conflict minerals"
